BoxTop is led by Glen Nelson, a seasoned strategic communications professional with more than 20 years of senior communications, IR and capital markets communications experience. During his time counseling senior management teams from more than 30 public and private companies, Glen has showcased his extensive experience in all areas of investor relations, IPOs, M&A, investor outreach, media, and crisis management. Glen holds a degree in Communications from the University of Calgary and has completed the Canadian Securities Course.
Janelle Morris
Director of Operations
Janelle Morris has over 20 years of experience in leadership and strategy, currently serving as the Director of Operations for BoxTop Integrated Communications. She specializes in program development, new initiative deployment, and operational efficiency. Before joining BoxTop, Janelle was the Manager of Graduate Programs at the Haskayne School of Business, where she successfully led significant program development and managed high-impact initiatives, including the launch of new graduate programs and international conferences. Janelle’s expertise in stakeholder engagement and communications strategy has made her a valuable asset in her current role, where she ensures seamless collaboration across teams. She holds a degree in Communications from the University of Calgary and serves on the board of HEEL, a social profit organization based in Calgary, Alberta.
Brian Radiff,
Vice President
Brian is a corporate and crisis communications specialist with more than 15 years of experience working with senior-level executives at various private and publicly traded companies. His expertise in digital strategy and execution stems from Brian’s foundational technology strengths, while his graphic design education helps him to specialize in all things brand. Brian also brings more than 5 years of real-world emergency operations centre experience and Incident Command System 300 level certification to the BoxTop team.
Stephanie Mesher,
Director
Stephanie Mesher is a Director at BoxTop Communications. Stephanie has spent the last 15 years in communications, especially financial and capital markets communications, leveraging her 10 years of financial, capital markets and client relationship management with a large Canadian-bank owned retail brokerage. Stephanie has worked at C-suite level with both private and publicly traded companies, predominantly in Alberta with expertise including investor relations, investor outreach, financial communications, communications strategy, marketing and marketing strategy. Stephanie has degrees in Economics and Politics from the University of West London, UK and the University of St Andrews, Scotland, and completed her Canadian Investment Manager designation.
